TMNetch has over a decade of experience, a 4,000 m² etching plant, and five fully automated 39-meter photochemical etching lines, enabling rapid prototypes and large-scale production with consistent precision.
Through extended photolithography we get fines patterns of holes as well as geometries that are out of reach in the traditional stamping or punching. It is this accuracy that provides stress free, burr free grills with high acoustic output.
Some of the metals that we deal with are stainless steel, aluminum, Nickel alloys, and brass, and nickel. Such flexibility allows you to select the optimal combination of strength, weight, corrosion resistance, and aesthetics in your product.
Whether it is a single prototype ready to test the design or a large scale production run ready to ship bodies around the globe our scalable setup will make it cost effective at all levels. Those prototypes may be rapidly produced and full production with low capacity, smooth production lines.
